NEWPORT BEACH, CA. – Kyle Hamilton, Notre Dame’s outstanding safety, has been named the Lott IMPACT Trophy Player of the Week.

The 6-4, 220-pound junior from Atlanta had a pair of interceptions along with six total tackles as the Irish defeated Florida State, 41-38, in overtime.

He is a returning All-American.

The Pacific Club IMPACT Foundation sponsors the Lott IMPACT Trophy and has donated more than $1.6 million to universities and charities throughout the country.

Quentin Lake, DB, UCLA . Had a team high 7 tackles with 2 passes broken up and one quarterback hurry in win over LSU, 38-27.
Devin Lloyd, LB, Utah. Had an interception, a sack and team high 7 tackles in 40-17 win over Weber State.
Bumper Pool, LB, Arkansas. Led team with 14 tackles in win over Rice, 38-17.
Mike Rose, LB, Iowa State. Had a team high 11 tackles, 1.5 for losses and 2 quarterback hurries in win over Northern Iowa, 16-10.
