NEWPORT BEACH, CA. – Nakobe Dean of Georgia has been named the Lott IMPACT® Trophy Player of the Week.

The 6-0, 225-pound linebacker from Horn Lake, Ms. had a team high 11 tackles, 2 for losses with a sack, a forced fumble and one pass defended as the Bulldogs remained undefeated with a 41-17 win over Tennessee.

For the season, Dean has 49 tackles, 7 tackles for losses and 2 interceptions to go along with 15 quarterback hurries. He was named a mid-season All-American in 2021by several sources.
