Marcellus Wiley Will Be Keynote Speaker at Lott IMPACT Trophy Award Show

NEWPORT BEACH, CA. – The multi-talented Marcellus Wiley, an accomplished TV personality, an author, a popular presence on social media and a former Pro Bowl player in the NFL, will be the keynote speaker at the 16th annual Lott IMPACT Trophy Award Ceremony on Dec. 15th in Newport Beach.

Wiley, a collegiate star at Columbia in New York City, is a Southern California native, having attended Santa Monica Catholic High School, where he made an impeccable impact on the football field.

In addition to his academic and athletic excellence, Wiley was the national typing champion in 1998, averaging 82 words per minute.

Drafted by the Buffalo Bills in the second round, Marcellus also played for the San Diego Chargers, Dallas Cowboys and Jacksonville Jaguars. He retired in 2007 with an impressive 10-year NFL career as a defensive end with a recorded 44 sacks.

Following his playing days, Wiley entered his post-football career as a sports analyst with ESPN as the co-host of the hit TV show ‘SportsNation’ and radio show ‘Afternoons with Marcellus & Travis’ on ESPNLA 710am. After eleven years with ESPN, Marcellus joined the FOX SPORTS team as a co-host of the famous and most fearless sports television show ‘SPEAK FOR YOURSELF’ alongside Jason Whitlock.
