Washington’s Hau’oli Kikaha Named Lott IMPACT Player of The Week For Second Time This Year

Washington’s Hau’oli Kikaha has been named the Lott IMPACT Player of the Week for the second time this season.
The 6-3, 250-pound Kikaha, a senior linebacker from Laie, Hawaii, had three sacks, 4.5 tackles for loss, nine total tackles and forced a fumble in the Huskies’ 31-7 win over a high-scoring Cal team. He leads the nation in both sacks (10) and tackles for loss (13).
The Pacific Club IMPACT Foundation will make a donation of $1,000 to the general scholarship fund at Washington to recognize Kikaha’s performance.
Kikaha also excels in the classroom, having been named Academic All-Pac-12.
Other Nominees For Week 7 Player of The Week:
Christian Covington (Rice, DT): 7 tackles, one for a loss and a fumble recovery in 41-21 win over Army.
Ifo Ekpre-Olomu (Oregon CB): Had a key interception and returned it 35 yards also had four tackles in win over UCLA, 42-30.
Bryce Hager (Baylor, LB): Had 13 tackles, one sack, a forced fumble and a quarterback hurry in 61-58 over TCU.
A.J. Johnson (Tennessee, LB): Led team with 9 tackles and forced a fumble in win over Chattanooga, 45-10.
Jake Ryan (Michigan, LB): Led Wolverines with 10 tackles, 3 for losses and one sack in win over Penn State, 18-13.
Leonard Williams (USC, DT): Had 8 tackles, two sacks and forced a fumble in win over Arizona, 28-26.
