OFF THE FIELD

Vic Beasley is a senior defensive end at Clemson University. On the field he is on track to hold Clemson’s all-time sack record and off the field he is a sociology major. Beasley was projected to go in the first or second round of the 2014 NFL draft but his loyalty to the Tigers football program and his determination to get his degree and graduate kept him in Clemson for his senior season.

ON THE FIELD

Vic Beasley is a tacking machine and quite an impactful player once he steps onto the field. For example, during his freshman year he only made nine starts, in which all resulted in wins for the Clemson Tigers. In Beasley’s sophomore season he received honorable mention for All-American honors from CollegeFootballNews.com. In Beasley’s junior year he was one of six finalists for the Ted Hendricks Award, one of 12 semifinalists for the Lombardi Award, and was first-team All-American by Athlon, Bleacher Report, CBSSports.com, SBNation.com, SI.com, Sporting News, USA Today and Walter Camp. Which now takes us into his senior year, needless to say the possibilities for this young man are endless.
