STEVEN CRAIG – LOTT IMPACT TROPHY BOARD OF DIRECTORS
Steven L. Craig is the President and CEO of Craig Realty Group, a factory outlet shopping center development and management company based in Newport Beach, CA, and is the Managing Partner of several of its affiliated partnerships. Mr. Craig oversees every aspect of the company and the development process, from acquisition, design and development to the operating functions including site selection, governmental entitlements, construction, financing, marketing and operations.
Mr. Craig is also the President of MultiMedia LED, a leading designer, manufacturer and operator of LED billboards for more than 30 years. Before creating Craig Realty Group in 1995, Mr. Craig was President, Chief Operating Officer and Director of Chelsea Property Group (formerly Chelsea GCA Realty, Inc.), now a subsidiary of Simon Properties. Currently, there is over 3 million square feet of planned development including the much-anticipated Outlets at San Clemente, California, scheduled to open in Late Summer of 2015. Other projects in the works include Chicagoland Outlets at Country Club Hills, Illinois; Outlets at Kapolei Commons, Oahu; Outlets at Richmond, Virginia; Outlets at Cleveland, Garfield Heights, Ohio; and Outlets at Lacey, Washington. Mr. Craig spends a significant portion of his time on endeavors that benefit and champion individuals in their careers, with an emphasis on building opportunities for students in his home town of St. Joseph, Missouri.
