STEPHEN PAULIN – LOTT IMPACT TROPHY BOARD OF DIRECTORS
Stephen Paulin brings clients over 30 years of commercial insurance expertise. He is a leading authority in business insurance and specifically workers’ compensation risk management solutions, advising hundreds of family held businesses. Clients benefit from Steve’s ability to structure cost effective insurance programs that enhance coverage and provide the on-going risk management services necessary to prevent and control claims. His strategic risk management approach increases clients’ productivity, reduces costs, while contributing to bottom line profitability. A noted speaker, Steve frequently presents about workers’ compensation loss prevention and control. He has addressed countless organizations, including The National Disability Conference; The Washington Business Group on Health; and, Vistage (previously TEC, The Executive Committee), an international group of CEOs. He was a contributing editor to “California Worker’s Compensation Enquirer,” penning the monthly column, “Risky Business.” Steve holds the professional designation Certified Insurance Counselor (CIC). An active community volunteer, he has contributed many hours to The United Cerebral Palsy Association, The American Diabetes Association in Orange County, and raises money to support national and local charities serving America’s youth through the Pacific Club IMPACT Foundation. The Lott IMPACT Trophy recognizes college football’s Defensive Player of the Year who best exemplifies Integrity, Maturity, Performance, Academics, Community and Tenacity. Steve graduated from the Marshall School of Business at the University of Southern California. He is a member of USC’s Marshall Partners Board of Directors, and recently served on the USC Alumni Association Board of Governors.
