Former Lott IMPACT Trophy Recipient J.J. Watt hasn’t stopped giving back since reaching the NFL. In fact he has started a charity in his name “to provide after-school opportunities for middle-school aged children in the community to become involved in athletics, so that they may learn the character traits of accountability, teamwork, leadership, work ethic, and perseverance, while in a safe and supervised environment with their peers,” according to the Justin J. Watt Foundation website.
His latest donation was to Pulaski Community Middle School in Wisconsin. The $16,913.75 grant will be used to buy new soccer, volleyball and wrestling uniforms, as well as shoulder pads and helmets for football.
