#15 ranked Wisconsin lost to unranked Penn State 24-31 at home in Camp Randall Stadium in Madison, Wisconsin.
In what was a very close game, both Penn State and Wisconsin had nearly identical numbers on offense. Penn State had 126 rushing yards and 339 passing yards while Wisconsin had 120 rushing yards and 339 passing yards. The main differentiator between the two teams came in the turnover column, with Wisconsin having all three turnovers.
Chris Borland had 10 tackles (8 solo) and .5 TFL’s during the loss to Penn State.
