IMPACT Leadership Academy

DEVELOPING LEADERSHIP THROUGH CHARACTER AND PERFORMANCE.

The  IMPACT® Leadership Academy (ILA) provides students the tools to become the future leaders of our community.

The IMPACT Leadership Academy is based on the inspirational talents, play, and life example of Ronnie Lott. Ronnie’s football career is arguably the most outstanding of all time for a defensive back, but it is his work ethic off the field of play that has allowed him to make a true IMPACT in his community.

Talented youth selected to be a part of this exclusive program will work in collaboration with The Pacific Club’s distinguished membership and successful business leaders to enhance their leadership skills and understanding of each word in the IMPACT acronym- an acronym whose words are a proven formula for success as exemplified by the great Ronnie Lott.

I – Integrity
M – Maturity
P – Performance
A – Academics
C – Community
T – Tenacity

The IMPACT Leadership Academy workshops will be a combination of both theory and application, and make those lucky enough to be a part of the program well positioned to take their personal, academic and family life to new heights.
